You may feel overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, exhausted from pretending that you have it all together, or wonder why life seems harder for you than it does for everyone else. As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, neurodivergent adult, and parent of autistic children, I provide a space where you don't have to explain or defend your experiences. Together, we'll better understand how your brain works, reduce overwhelm, and build practical strategies that fit your life—not someone else's expectations.
